How do I order?

We offer 5 convenient ways to order.

1. Phone in your order toll free Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST). Extended phone service is activated during the spring season.
2. FAX in your order toll free any time, day or night 24/7 for direct, fast and accurate order placement. 
3. Email in your order anytime, day or night 24/7 for direct, fast and accurate order placement.
4. Send in your order via one of the various shipping methods offered by UPS or FedEx for fast and accurate order placement. Or mail in your orders via the US Postal Service using one of their express services with tracking.
5. Walk-in order placement and pickup without prior notice welcome anytime Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST).

How quickly will I receive my order?

FLASH 48 Hour Processing

Order your 1 color Plug-In™, Retrieval™ (with NO changes), or Production Ready transfer order of 250 sheets or less before 1:30 PM(EST) and it will ship within 48 hours.

Normal Processing

In an attempt to maximize customer satisfaction, turn around times are subject to fluctuation as business dictates. Typical turn around times are 4 to 5 business days. Please call customer service for current turn around times.

Note: Orders with complex artwork and/or multiple colors may require additional time to process

How do I pay for my order?

For your convenience we offer several different payment options.

1. Credit Card- Master Card, Visa, American Express, or Discover

(Please provide current active card information when you order)

2. Debit Card- Available from your bank adjunct with your checking account

(Please provide current active card information when you order)

3. COD Company Check- COD tag fee imposed by UPS

(Completed application and approval of same required)

4. COD Guaranteed Funds- COD tag fee imposed by UPS

(Money order, bank certified check or bank cashiers check accepted by UPS)

•Payment Policies

-Credit Card/Debit Card Declines: Completed orders that receive last minute card declines will be shipped on a COD Guaranteed funds basis in order to meet our promised ship date for that order.

-Returned Checks: Checks returned to us unpaid regardless of reasons will be assessed a $30.00 handling fee.

-Credit Delinquency: Order processing will stop withour prior notice when invoices remain unpaid 60 days from their date of issue. Order processing will resume once we have received payment that brings your account balance to 30 days current billing.

-Pre Payment: Customers with limited or no purchase history will be asked to pre pay by bank wire in full when placing larger and/or more graphically/color complex orders.

By submitting a design of a copyrighted trademark item to us, you warrant that you have been authorized by the copyright or trademark owner, or its agent or representatives, to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf.

Multi-color faxed transfer orders sent in, graphics sent by e-mail not supported by a pre production hard copy sent and all verbal order instructions/details are accepted at your sole risk of error.
