Material Descriptions

*V-Lastic™

Fabric Use: Cotton, Polyester, or Poly Blends

Material: Pigmented elastic ink formula with an elastic adhesive film bonding system printed on a semi-transparent release paper.

Surface: Flat smooth look, medium weight, soft and very stretchable/flexible.

Usage: Highly opaque applications onto most all garment and headwear fabrics of any color. 

Note: Must be hot peeled after applying. Complex halftones and/or complex multi-color jobs may require an additional colored or clear overlay to maintain graphic integrity. 

*Low Temp Pro Tranz™

Fabric Use: Moisture Wicking, Moisture Management Polyester, Poly Blends, Cotton, or Polyester

Material: Pigmented elastic ink with a specialty adhesive film bonding system printed on a semi-translucent release paper. 

Surface: Flat smooth look, medium weight, soft and very stretchable/flexible.

Usage: Highly opaque applications onto moisture wicking/moisture management performance wear to stop or mitigate platen marking caused by the higher sealing temperatures required by other transfer products on the market.

Note: Remove release paper at once with a smooth and continuous peeling motion. Complex halftones and/or complex multi-color jobs may require an additional colored or clear ink overlay to maintain graphic integrity.

*Perfect Print™

Fabric Use: Cotton or Cotton Poly Blends

Material: Pigmented plastisol adhesive film printed on a unique white hot split release paper.

Surface: Matte ingrained look, extremely light in weight and feel and very flexible.

Usage: Best suited for application to white and/or light colored garments with light to dark colored inks. Excellent retention of fine line details, halftones and small type. Very light in weight and highly flexible.

Note: Must be hot peeled after applying. Ink color fading will occur if applying light to medium colored inks onto medium or darker colored garments.  

*Ultra Plus™

Fabric Use: Nylon Knits, Micro Mesh, Bags, Cotton Polyester or Poly Blend

Material: Enhanced pigment enriched plastisol adhesive film system printed on a white semi-transparent release paper.

Surface: Flat smooth look, medium weight, soft and flexible.

Usage: Highly opaque applications onto most all garment and headwear fabrics of any color.

Note: Must be cold peeled after applying. Complex halftones and/or complex multi-color jobs may require an additional colored or clear ink overlay to maintain graphic integrity.  

*Soft Touch™

Fabric Use: Cotton or Cotton Poly Blends

Material: Enhanced pigment enriched plastisol adhesive film system printed on a white release paper.

Surface: Textured screen printed look. Soft to the touch, light in weight, opaque and flexible. 

Usage: For highly opaque applications to medium or dark colored garments when weight is an issue. 

Note: Must be hot peeled after applying. Fantastic ink color retention on all garment colors.  

*Glitter™

Fabric Use: Cotton or Cotton Poly Blends

Material: Colored glitter flakes suspended evenly in a tinted plastisol adhesive film, printed on an opaque very high gloss release paper. 

Surface: High gloss "sparkling" look, full bodied and heavy but still flexible. 

Usage: Dazzling applications on garments of cotton or cotton blends.  

Note: Rub with heat eraser after sealing and cold peel at room temperature. Will not hold or print fine line details, halftones or small lettering. Line weights, lettering strokes and halftones must be thicker than 1/8".

*Bling-Tranz™

Fabric Use: Cotton or Cotton Poly Blends

Material: Colored glitter flakes suspended evenly in a tinted plastisol adhesive film, printed on an opaque very high gloss release paper.

Surface: High gloss "sparkling" look, full bodied and heavy but still flexible. 

Usage: Dazzling applications on transfers that require more detail and/or finer lines.

Note: Rub with heat eraser after sealing and cold peel. 

*Not for use on treated, coated or water repellent fabrics.
