E-mail Pre-Production Proof

We can e-mail you a colored (.jpg) image of your transfer design for your final approval before production. Email proof color(s) may vary slightly from actual ink colors to be used (see our Color Dab chart for actual ink colors).

Faxed Pre-Production Proof

We can fax you a reduced size black and white image of your transfer design for your final approval before production. Fax proofs for multi-color jobs will have separate sheets faxed for each color element for your final approval. 

Proof Approval

Orders with email or fax proofs will not be assigned a ship date until the proof has been approved. No changes or add-ons can be made once your final approval has been received. Please note that Event/Sponsor Composite™, Jumbo Event/Sponsor Composite™, Class of/Group of™, Jumbo Class of/Group of™, and Retrievals™ with changes are required to receive a proof at the cost of $7.00 per proof.
